This year Cara Hale Alter published THE CREDIBILITY CODE: How to project confidence & competence when it matters most. I served as developmental editor on this project, and it was quite a learning experience. I thought I was a fairly credible public speaker…until Cara’s concepts came along.
And credibility surely matters for both Obama and Romney in their last two debates.
